当前职业教育人才供需矛盾依然突出,集团化办学"两张皮"问题仍然严峻。广东工贸职业教育集团坚持"双元主体、多元载体、利益共享、协同育人"的人才培养理念,逐步提高"政校行企"参与办学程度,协同培养高素质技术技能人才,为解决集团化办学"校政行企"人才培养改革提供借鉴:坚持专业设置与产业统筹融合发展格局、聚合优质资源搭建多元合作平台、增强集团各办学主体参与人才培养的动力和充分发挥行企重要主体作用。
Abstract:At present,the contradiction between the supply and demand of talents in vocational education is still prominent,and the problem of lacking in-depth cooperation in collectivized vocational education holding is still serious.Guangdong Industry & Trade Vocational Education Group,adhere to the "dual subject,multiple carrier,benefit sharing,cooperative education" concept of talent training,gradually increase the degree of " school-government-industry-enterprise involved in education,collaborative talent of education high quality technical skills,to solve the collectivization school-running school" zheng qi "references are provided for the reform of talent training,adhere to the professional Settings and industrial integration development pattern as a whole,aggregation,high quality resources to build multivariate cooperation platform,enhance each school subject engages in talent training motivation and give full play to the important subject line companies.
