摘要：
根据试点经验,概括了我国现代学徒制所具有的特色,同时分析了目前试点工作存在的问题,提出了相关政策建议。
Abstract：According to the apprenticeship practice, the features of modern apprenticeship are summarized, the problems existing in the present apprenticeship practice are analyzed, and relative suggestions are put forward.
