摘要:

为了推进校企合作办学模式改革,以长春职业技术学院智能制造专业群建设为依据,实施精准对接高端制造产业,成立校企合作人才培养联盟,构建校企融通的模块化课程体系和"岗位能力递推"的菜单式实践教学体系,创新工学交替人才培养模式,实现高职院校高质量人才培养的育人目标。

Abstract:

In order to promote the reform of school-enterprise cooperation mode,this paper,based on the construction of intelligent manufacturing specialty group in Changchun Vocational and Technical College,implements the precise docking of high-end manufacturing industry,establishes the talent training alliance of school-enterprise cooperation,constructs the modular curriculum system of school-enterprise integration and the menu-based practical teaching system of "post ability recursion",innovates the talent training mode of work-study alternation and achieves the education goal of high-quality talents training in higher vocational colleges.
