工业技术与职业教育

高职教育是与地方产业经济发展结合最紧密的教育类型，为产业转型升级服务。通过对唐山市产业发展现状和从业人员结构进行分析，结合唐山市产业转型升级对高职高技能人才培养的新要求，提出了合理定位人才培养目标、优化调整专业结构、加强产教融合型企业培育等路径，以培养能为地方经济发展服务的高技能人才。

Higher vocational education is the closest education type to the development of local industrial economy,serving the industrial transformation and upgrading.Based on the analysis of the current situation of Tangshan's industrial development and the structure of employees,and in combination with the new requirements of Tangshan's industrial transformation and upgrading on the training of high skilled talents in higher vocational education,the paper puts forward such paths as reasonably positioning the goal of talent training,optimizing and adjusting the professional structure,and strengthening the cultivation of enterprises integrating industry and education,so as to cultivate high skilled talents in higher vocational education that can serve the development of local economy.
