近年来民办高职院校由于专业内涵建设不足,其发展遇到了困境,民办高职院校也意识到建设高水平专业群是破解困局,实现弯道超车的关键点。专业群建设也应对标“双高计划”,通过借鉴《悉尼协议》三点核心要义和七点认证标准开展民办高职院校专业群建设,构建面向机电专业群职业岗位能力要求的,符合《悉尼协议》认证规范的课程体系,来提升专业群课程体系的科学规范、逻辑严谨和可持续发展能力,从而为区域经济发展及产业转型升级提供高素质技能型人才供给侧保障。
Abstract:In recent years,due to a lack of professional connotation construction,the development of private higher vocational colleges has encountered difficulties.Private higher vocational colleges also realize that the construction of high-level professional groups is the key point to solve the dilemma.The construction of professional groups should take the "High Level Vocational College and Specialty Plan" as the standard.By learning from the three core essences and seven certification standards of the Sydney Accord,we should carry out the construction of professional groups of private higher vocational colleges,and build a curriculum system that meets the post ability requirements of the electromechanical professional group and the certification specifications of the Sydney Accord,so as to improve the curriculum system scientific,high standardized,logic and sustainable development to provide high-quality and skilled talents for regional economic development and industrial transformation and upgrading.
