提高高职学生情绪智力的实证研究

摘要:

本研究的目的是探讨活动体验式教学模式对提高高职学生情绪智力的影响。选择河北省某高职大学一年级学生为研究对象,采用整群随机抽样的方法分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规性教学模式,观察组采用活动体验式教学模式,在实验前和实验后采用情绪智力量表(EIS)评估学生的心理状况并进行数据分析。结果表明,经过为期4周的教学实验,观察组学生调控自己情绪的能力显著好于对照组(t=5.068;P<0.05)。活动体验式教学模式能够提高高职学生调控自己情绪的能力。

Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of activity-based experiential teaching mode on improving the emotional intelligence of vocational college students.Selecting first-year students from a vocational college in Hebei Province as the research subjects,a cluster random sampling method was used to divide them into a control group and an observation group.The control group adopted a conventional teaching mode,while the observation group adopted an activity-based experiential teaching mode.Before and after the experiment,the Emotional Intelligence Scale (EIS) was used to assess students' psychological status and conduct data analysis.The results showed that after a 4-week teaching experiment,the observation group had significantly better ability to regulate their own emotions than the control group (t=5.068;P<0.05).The activity-based experiential teaching mode can improve the ability of vocational college students to regulate their emotions.
