近年来,国家重视职业教育的发展,加大职业院校教师培训力度。培训需求分析是开展教师培训的基础环节。选取广州市某技师学院的教师作为研究对象,通过问卷调查与个别访谈的方式,从培训内容、培训方式、培训师资、影响因素和存在问题等方面了解教师的培训需求,并根据调查结果提出完善技工院校教师培训的建议。
Abstract:In recent years, our country has attached great importance to the development of vocational and technical education and the training of teachers in technical schools. Training needs analysis is the basic link to carry out teacher training. This research selected teachers of a technician college in Guangzhou as the research object; through questionnaire and individual interview, surveyed teachers' training needs in terms of training content, training methods, training teachers, influencing factors and existing problems. Based on the findings, this paper made some recommendations to optimize the training for teachers in technical Schools.
