摘要:

食育在国民教育中普及,与德智体美劳教育相贯通,培养有高度生命意识和尊重自然规律的时代新人。高职院校担负着培养未来社会高素质劳动者的重任,有必要通过食育教育,促进学生的全面发展。"食育"一词最早由日本提出,日本的食育已经形成了比较完备的体系。在分析日本食育的内容、实施路径、效果等基础上提出了日本食育经验对我国高职院校食育的启示,以期为中国高职院校推进食育教育工作提供一些参考。

Abstract:

Food education has been popularized in national education,which is connected with moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor education,and trains new people with a high sense of life and respect for the laws of nature.It is necessary for higher vocational colleges to promote the all-round development of students through food education.The word "food education" was first put forward in Japan,where food education has formed a relatively complete system.Based on the analysis of the content,implementation path and effect of Japanese food education,this paper puts forward the enlightenment of Japanese food education experience to higher vocational colleges in China,so as to provide some references for higher vocational colleges in China to promote food education.
