在共享经济与职业教育深度融合的背景下,产教融合面临“资源碎片化”“主体协同弱”“模式同质化”等现实困境。基于耦合理论与协同治理理论,构建共享经济驱动的产教融合“机制—平台—模式”三维耦合理论框架,系统解析各维度的核心内涵及要素间的耦合逻辑:机制是耦合纽带,聚焦共享经济下产教主体的利益协调与规则适配;平台是耦合载体,承担资源整合与供需匹配的核心功能;模式是耦合形态,体现产教融合的具体实现路径与运行范式。通过对百川共享工厂平台的案例验证发现,三维要素的动态耦合能够有效破解资源壁垒、提升协同效率,为产教融合高质量发展提供新的理论支撑与实践范式。
Abstract:Against the backdrop of deep integration between the sharing economy and vocational education,industry-education collaboration faces practical challenges such as "fragmented resources","weak subject coordination" and "homogenized models".Based on coupling theory and collaborative governance theory,this paper constructs a three-dimensional coupling theoretical framework for industry-education collaboration driven by the sharing economy,systematically analyzing the core connotations of each dimension and the coupling logic among elements:the mechanism serves as the coupling bond,focusing on interest coordination and rule adaptation among industry-education entities under the sharing economy;the platform acts as the coupling carrier,fulfilling the core functions of resource integration and supply-demand matching;and the model represents the coupling form,reflecting the specific implementation pathways and operational paradigms of industry-education collaboration.Case validation of the Bai Chuan Shared Factory Platform demonstrates that dynamic coupling of these three dimensions can effectively break down resource barriers and enhance collaborative efficiency,providing new theoretical support and practical paradigms for the high-quality development of industry-education collaboration.
