摘要:

纵观民营企业发展历程,人力资源发展是其生存和可持续发展非常重要的因素之一,也是其提高自身竞争力的根本途径之一。然而与实力雄厚的国有企业等类型企业相比,惠州市民营企业人力资源短缺问题一直存在,如何有效解决人力资源短缺问题是提升惠州市民营企业竞争力的有效途径之一。笔者通过调查惠州市不同行业类型的民营企业人力资源短缺现状、分析问题原因,进而提出有针对性的对策和解决方案,为惠州民营企业人力资源可持续发展尽绵薄之力。

Abstract:

Review the development course of private enterprises,we can find that the development of human resources is one of the important factors for their survival and development,and also one of the fundamental reasons for private enterprises to improve their competitiveness.However,compared with the powerful state-owned enterprises and other types of enterprises,the problem of shortage of human resources has always existed in Huizhou private enterprises.How to effectively solve the problem of shortage of human resources is one of the good ways to enhance the competitiveness of Huizhou private enterprises.By investigating the current situation of the shortage of human resources and analyzing the causes of the shortage of human resources in Huizhou private enterprises,the author proposes effective countermeasures and solutions.
