现代学徒制是一种行之有效的教育发展模式,认识和实践现代学徒制对我国职业教育模式改革有一定的促进作用。本文从分析澳大利亚现代学徒制的内涵和特点出发,阐述现代学徒制对我国职业教育发展模式改革的启示。
Abstract：Modern apprenticeship system is an effective development model of vocational education.It is a stimulative for our reform on vocational education pattern to study and practice modern apprenticeship system.Based on the analysis to connotations and characteristics of vocational education in Australia,the paper elaborates the enlightenment of modern apprenticeship system to our country’s vocational educational development mode reform.
