随着工业化进程的加速,钢铁产业作为国民经济的基础产业之一,其废水排放问题日益凸显,对环境造成了重大影响。为响应环保法规的要求,提升废水处理效率与水资源的可持续利用成为迫切需求,超滤(UF)和反渗透(RO)膜技术以其高效的污染物去除率和较低的能耗受到广泛关注。探讨这两种膜技术在钢铁企业废水处理中的应用现状、存在问题及应用对策,进一步推进钢铁企业环境保护和水资源的可持续管理。
Abstract:With the acceleration of the industrialization process, as one of the basic industries of the national economy, the problem of wastewater discharge in the iron and steel industry has become increasingly prominent, which has a significant impact on the environment. In response to the requirements of environmental regulations, improving the efficiency of wastewater treatment and the sustainable use of water resources has become an urgent need, and ultrafiltration(UF) and reverse osmosis(RO) membrane technology has attracted wide attention due to its high pollutant removal rate and low energy consumption. This paper aims to discuss the application status, existing problems and application countermeasures of these two membrane technologies in the wastewater treatment of iron and steel enterprises, and further promotes the environmental protection and sustainable management of water resources in iron and steel enterprises.
