职业教育岗位实习课程思政:生成逻辑分析与实施路径优化

摘要:

职业院校推进岗位实习课程思政是落实“立德树人”根本任务的战略举措,也是培养“德技并修”技术技能人才的必由之路。通过对职业教育岗位实习课程思政相关文献梳理,从内生逻辑、政策逻辑和实践逻辑维度厘清岗位实习课程思政的生成逻辑;从教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、教学考核的维度聚焦岗位实习课程思政的实施路径优化问题。通过对岗位实习课程思政生成逻辑分析后指出:行业企业对技能人才需求是岗位实习课程思政的内在动力;落实“立德树人,德技并修”根本任务是岗位实习课程思政的政策推力;职业院校、行业企业、职业院校学生共创价值是岗位实习课程思政的过程动力。通过厘清政府机构、职业院校、行业企业、职业院校学生在岗位实习课程思政中的主体责任,聚焦“立德树人,德技并修”的人才培养目标,从思想教育、政治教育、道德教育维度组织课程思政内容,以技能为基础挖掘思政资源和提炼思政元素,以立德强技为导向实施课程思政评价,营造岗位实习课程思政显性制度和隐性文化环境等维度优化职业教育岗位实习课程思政的实施路径。

Abstract:

Promoting ideological and political education in vocational colleges' post internship curriculum is a strategic initiative to implement the fundamental task of "foster virtue through education" and an essential path to cultivate technical talents who "integrate moral and technical cultivation".Through reviewing relevant literature on ideological and political education in vocational education post internship curriculum,this paper clarifies the generative logic of ideological and political education in post internship curriculum from the dimensions of endogenous logic,policy logic,and practical logic,and focuses on the optimization of implementation paths for ideological and political education in post internship curriculum from the dimensions of teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching methods,and teaching evaluation.The analysis of the generative logic of ideological and political education in post internship curriculum reveals that:the demand of industries and enterprises for skilled talents is the internal driving force;the implementation of the fundamental task of "foster virtue through education,integrate moral and technical cultivation" is the policy driving force;and the co-creation of value by vocational colleges,industries and enterprises,and vocational college students is the process driving force.By clarifying the principal responsibilities of government agencies,vocational colleges,industries and enterprises,and vocational college students in ideological and political education in post internship curriculum,focusing on the talent cultivation objective of "foster virtue through education,integrate moral and technical cultivation",organizing ideological and political education content from the dimensions of ideological education,political education,and moral education,excavating ideological and political resources and refining ideological and political elements based on skills,implementing ideological and political education evaluation oriented towards virtue cultivation and skill enhancement,and optimizing the implementation path of ideological and political education in vocational education post internship curriculum by creating explicit systems and implicit cultural environments for ideological and political education in post internship curriculum.
