教师课程领导力决定着课程改革成效,提升职业院校教师课程领导力是建构职业教育高质量发展样态的关键所在。从分布式领导的角度研究职业院校教师课程领导力,发现职业院校教师课程领导存在角色局限于单一执行者身份、领导互动范围局限及课堂领导建构不足等问题。基于分布式领导理论,可以从教师课程领导主体角色、教师课程领导普遍互动和教师课程领导的主观能动调动方面扭转职业教育教师课程领导的被动地位。
Abstract:Teachers' curriculum leadership determines the effectiveness of curriculum reform, and improving teachers' curriculum leadership in vocational colleges and universities is the key to constructing a high-quality development pattern of vocational education.The study of teachers' curriculum leadership in vocational colleges and universities from the perspective of distributed leadership reveals that the role of teachers' curriculum leadership in vocational colleges and universities is confined to the identity of a single implementer,the scope of leadership interaction is limited, and the classroom leadership is not sufficiently constructed and so on. Based on the theory of distributed leadership, the passive status of vocational education teachers' curriculum leadership can be reversed in terms of the subjective role of teachers' curriculum leadership, the general interaction of teachers' curriculum leadership and the subjective mobilization of teachers' curriculum leadership.
