“2+2+2”贯通培养模式是一种纵向贯通教育培养模式,旨在将理论学习与实践经验深度融合,帮助学生获得全面能力和综合素质提升,该模式被率先应用于职业教育领域。首先从“2+2+2”贯通培养模式社会背景出发,分析了“2+2+2”贯通培养模式基本含义,然后阐述了高职教育实施“2+2+2”贯通培养模式的动因和意义,最后结合“2+2+2”贯通培养模式的现状,探讨了高职“2+2+2”贯通培养模式改革和创新的对策。
Abstract:The "2+2+2" integrated training model is a vertical integrated education training model aimed at deeply integrating theoretical learning and practical experience, helping students achieve comprehensive ability and quality improvement. This model has been first applied in the field of vocational education. Starting from the social background of the "2+2+2" integrated training mode,this paper analyzes the basic meaning of the "2+2+2" integrated training mode, and then elaborates on the motivation and significance of implementing the "2+2+2" integrated training mode in vocational education. Finally, based on the current situation of the "2+2+2" integrated training mode, this paper explores the countermeasures for the reform and innovation of the "2+2+2" integrated training mode in vocational education.
