随着《德国工业4.0》《中国制造2025》等新一代智能工厂标准的提出,钢铁企业对数字化、可视化、智能化的要求进一步提升,针对传统C型料库数据延时、信息孤立等问题,基于数字化工厂这一新兴先进技术,打造了一套以设备模型为基础,以信息数据为核心的可视化数字生产线,为企业提供生产调度、设备运维、安全管理等多方面服务,提高企业数字化管理水平,降低企业生产成本,为最终实现钢铁企业智能制造奠定基础。
Abstract:With the proposal of the new generation of smart factory standards such as German Industry 4.0 and Made in China 2025,the requirements of iron and steel enterprises for digitalization, visualization and intellectualization have been further improved. Aiming at the problems of data delay and information isolation of traditional C-type material warehouse, with the emerging advanced technology of digital factory, a set of visual digital production line based on equipment model and information data as the core is created to provide enterprises with production scheduling, equipment operation and maintenance, safety management and other services. It can improve the level of digital management of enterprises and reduce the production cost, laying the foundation for the final realization of Intelligent Manufacturing in iron and steel enterprises.
