"获得感"已成为衡量改革成效的重要评价标准,深入分析基层群众的"获得感",对把握我国社会的"新矛盾"意义重大。鉴于此,通过问卷法和实地访谈,以河北省为例,结合区域、年龄、性别、学历、职业、政治面貌及家庭收入等变量,针对医疗保障、居住环境、文化活动、生活及工作压力、组织领导等多个内容进行系统调查,分析河北省基层群众的获得感现状,查找其中存在的问题及原因。结合十九大精神及习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的新要求,提出以深化改革为基础,提升完善和提升基层组织治理体系及治理能力,加强专题宣讲促政策落地为主要途径,满足基层群众对日益增长的美好生活的需要。

"Sense of gain" has become an important evaluation criterion to measure the effectiveness of reform. In-depth analysis of the "sense of gain" of grassroots people is of great significance to grasping the "new contradictions" in our society. Through questionnaire method and field interview, the author took Hebei Province as an example, analyzed the status quo of "sense of gain" of grassroots people of Hebei Province by investigating health care, living environment, cultural activities, life and work pressure, organizational leadership and many other content systems with variables of region, age, gender, education, occupation, political affiliation and family income so as to define the problems and reasons. Oriented by spirit of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the demands of Xi Jinping Thought on New Era Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, the author proposes to deepen the reform, improve and enhance primary-level organization governance system and governance capacity, strengthen the thematic lectures to promote policy landing as the main way to meet people's growing need to better life.
