辅导员与专业教师作为高等教育实施的两大主力军,协同开展“双创”教育有着教育对象与目标一致、教育领域与内容互补的内在逻辑契合。在分析两者协同意识缺位导致重视程度不够、“双创”能力缺乏导致育人效果不佳、顶层设计缺失导致机制不健全的困境基础上,提出通过树立理念、提升本领、搭建平台、完善制度以构建“双创”背景下辅导员与专业教师协同育人长效机制。
Abstract:As the two main forces in the implementation of higher education,instructors and professional teachers cooperate to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education,which has the internal logic consistency of the same educational object and goal,and the complementary educational field and content.Based on the analysis of the plight of insufficient attention caused by the lack of cooperative awareness,the poor effect of education caused by the lack of innovation and entrepreneurship ability,and the imperfect mechanism caused by the lack of top-level design,this paper proposes to build a long-term mechanism of cooperative education between instructors and professional teachers under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship by establishing ideas,improving skills,building platforms and improving systems.
