随着经济结构调整和产业升级，职业教育在培养高素质技术技能人才方面的重要性日益凸显。基于共生理论，通过分析当前贯通培养模式存在的问题，系统解读河北省职业教育“2+2+2”贯通培养的运行模式，提出深化共生单元协作、优化共生模式运行、改善共生环境支撑和强化共生界面功能的推进策略，旨在提升职业教育质量，促进教育链与产业链的深度融合，为河北省职业教育发展提供理论支持与实践指导。

With the adjustment of economic structure and industrial upgrading,the importance of vocational education in cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents has become increasingly prominent.Based on symbiosis theory,this study systematically interprets the operational model of the "2+2+2" integrated training program in vocational education in Hebei Province by analyzing the existing issues in the current integrated training model.It proposes strategies to advance the program,including deepening collaboration among symbiotic units,optimizing the operation of the symbiotic model,improving the support provided by the symbiotic environment,and strengthening the functions of the symbiotic interface.The aim is to enhance the quality of vocational education,promote the deep integration of the education chain and the industrial chain,and provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the development of vocational education in Hebei Province.
