为满足社会对应急（消防）救援专业人才的需求，培养出符合企业发展需要的救援人才，重庆安全技术职业学院拟将“准军事化”育人模式引入应急（消防）救援技术专业学生培养中。学校紧紧围绕“三全育人”“三教改革”工作要求，在进行专业知识与技能传授的同时，注重学生体能训练与品德修养。为探索完善“准军事化”育人模式的构建方式和具体实施策略，拟通过多维度的评价方式，检验“准军事化”育人模式的效果与社会影响，从而为“准军事化”育人模式探索提供一个新的案例。

In order to train rescue talents to meet the needs of enterprise development and the social demand for emergency(fire)rescue professionals, Chongqing Vocational Institute of Safety & Technology plan to introduce the “quasi-military” education model into the training of students majoring in emergency(fire) rescue technology. This education model closely revolves around the work requirements of “educating people with three abilities” and “reform of three education”. It not only imparts professional knowledge and skills to students, but also focuses on physical training and moral cultivation. In order to explore the construction of “quasi-militarization” education model and specific implementation strategies, we test the effect and social influence of the “quasi-military” education model through a multi-dimensional evaluation method. This operation will provide a new case for the exploration of “quasi-military” education model.
