新媒体时代打破了空间壁垒，实现了网络资源共享，为高职工科学生审美素养的培育带来新的机会和挑战。通过调研分析，发现目前高职工科学生审美素养培育中存在着美育教师不足、美育课程体系不完善、网络新媒体内容审核亟待规范、审美教育环境有待建设等问题。通过充实美育教师队伍、构建美育课程体系、创建优雅的校园文化环境，形成全员、全程、全方位美育格局，培养具有审美素养的高素质复合型技术技能人才。

In the new media era, breaking the space barriers and realizing the sharing of network resources brings new opportunities and challenges for the students majoring in engineering in higher vocational colleges. Through the investigation and analysis of the the students majoring in engineering in higher vocational colleges, this paper finds that there are problems such as insufficient aesthetic education teachers, imperfect aesthetic education curriculum system, the review of online new media content urgently needs to be standardized, and aesthetic education environment in the cultivation of aesthetic literacy of high-tech students.By enriching the aesthetic education team, building an aesthetic education curriculum system, and creating an elegant campus cultural environment, a full-staff, whole-process, and all-round aesthetic education pattern is formed, and high-quality compound technical and technical talents with aesthetic literacy are cultivated.
