从目前高校专业教师双师素质的形成出发,叙述了社会的高技能应用型人才的需求是高校专业教师的双师素质形成的外在动力,详细介绍基于校企合作的技术服务机构专业教师双师素质形成,进而得出高校专业教师双师素质形成新途径。
Abstract：The discussion of this essay starts from the quality formation of professional teachers with double certifications, and it elaborates that the needs of high professional qualification application oriented personnel from our society is the external motivation for the quality formation of professional teachers with double certifications. The quality formation and new training ways of technology service professional teachers with double certifications that based on college-enterprise cooperation are explained in detail.
