人工智能产业蓬勃发展,同时人工智能专业人才紧缺,人工智能职业技能等级评价标准成为评价人才的一把标尺。教育部对高职院校人工智能人才的培养定位是人工智能技术服务,其位于行业人力资源金字塔的基座位置。人工智能职业技能等级划分在服务国家战略、提升教育质量、提高技能互认、顺畅职业发展上都具有非凡的意义。示范性高职院校围绕人工智能的多学科融合有利于促进校企合作、提升师资力量、构建特色学科。
Abstract:The artificial intelligence industry is booming, and artificial intelligence professionals are in short supply. The artificial intelligence vocational skill level evaluation standards has become a yardstick for evaluating talents. The positioning of the Ministry of Education for the training of artificial intelligence talents in higher vocational colleges is artificial intelligence technical services, which is located at the base of the industry's human resources pyramid. The classification of artificial intelligence vocational skills is of extraordinary significance in serving the national strategy, improving the quality of education, enhancing mutual recognition of skills, and smooth career development. The multi-disciplinary integration around artificial intelligence in exemplary higher vocational colleges is conducive to promoting school-enterprise cooperation, enhancing faculty strength and building characteristic disciplines.
