高铝强化瓷的研究

摘要:

研究了强化瓷的坯釉料配方、组成以及α-Al2O3的粒度、矿化剂、保温时间和氧化物添加剂等对强化瓷结构和性能的影响。该种强化瓷经1350℃氧化气氛烧成,其结构包括:主晶相α-Al2O3、次晶相莫来石、较少玻璃相、极少残余石英。产品抗折强度为139MPa,抗冲击强度为3.62kJ/m2,热稳定性:在200~20℃水中交换一次未裂。主要技术指标均超过了台湾某瓷厂的同类产品。

Abstract:

The formulas and composition for the glaze and body of high-alumina durable porcelain,the effeCts of the corundum grain size,mineralizers,holding time,and oxide additives on performance and microstructure were studied. This kind of durable porcelain was produced in oxidizing atmosphere at 1350℃.The microstructure of body as follows.The main crystal phase is corundum phase,the second crystal phase is mullite,the glass phase is in the minority,the residual quartz is few.Its bending strengty is 132 MPa,shock strength is 3.62kJ/m2,thermal stability,no crack after durable porcelain at 200℃ was threw into water at 20℃,The major technical indexes surpass the best in the same kind of products in China.
