信用监管是近些年新兴起的信用监管分支，碳排放权交易信用监管伴随我国碳交易市场的实践逐渐形成了诸多制度规则，但是碳排放权交易信用监管的内容较为散乱，其制度基础仍需进一步提炼和总结。通过对我国碳排放权交易信用监管制度进行基础性的研究，探讨其主管部门、制度依据、监管规则与政策发展等重要内容，旨在为完善我国碳排放权交易信用监管体系提供启示，以推动低碳经济建设，实现可持续发展。

Credit supervision is a newly emerging branch of credit supervision in recent years. With the practice of China's carbon trading market, credit supervision for carbon emissions trading has gradually formed many institutional rules. However, the content of credit supervision for carbon emissions trading is relatively scattered, and its institutional foundation still needs to be further refined and summarized. Through fundamental research on the credit regulatory system for carbon emission trading in China, this study explores important aspects such as the regulatory authorities, institutional basis, regulatory rules, and policy development. The aim is to provide inspiration for improving the credit regulatory system for carbon emission trading in China, promote low-carbon economic construction, and achieve sustainable development.
