青花瓷是元代景德镇创烧的一种釉下彩绘瓷,以端庄的造型,莹润的釉质,典雅的蓝彩,丰富的题材而闻名天下。生产青花瓷的材料和工艺条件在唐代就已经具备,到了宋代,中国制瓷工艺水平更是如至巅峰,但是,为何直到元朝才出现了成熟的青花瓷;而所谓的"唐青花"究竟如何定义;元代浮梁县的"浮匠"是否全部是色目人,他们对元青花的生产和出口又起到了怎样的影响。从工艺学、图像考古学、人文历史学的角度进行研究,以期揭示出一些有关元青花起源、分期、生产、外销等方面的演变过程和因果关系。

Blue and white porcelain is a kind of underglaze painted porcelain created and burned in Jingdezhen of Yuan Dynasty.It is famous for its elegant shape,lustrous enamel,elegant blue color and rich themes.The materials and technological conditions for producing blue and white porcelain were already available in the Tang Dynasty.The Song Dynasty reached the first peak of porcelain making technology in China.However,why did mature blue and white porcelain not appear until the Yuan Dynasty?How to define the so-called "Tang blue and white porcelain"?Whether all the "FU craftsmen" in Fuliang County of the Yuan Dynasty from Muslim people?What kind of influence did they have on the production and exportation of blue and white in the Yuan Dynasty?From the perspective of technology,image Archaeology and human history,this paper reveals some developing process and causal relationship about the origin,production,research by stages and export of Yuan blue and white porcelain.
