产教融合是职业教育发展的必由之路。在分析人才培养模式改革现状的基础上,探讨了如何在新时代根据企业转型升级需要进一步深化产教融合,培养高素质技能型人才。
Abstract：The integration of production and teaching is the only way for the development of vocational education. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the personnel training mode reform, it is discussed how to further deepen the integration of production and teaching according to the needs of enterprise transformation and upgrading in the new era and cultivate highquality skilled personnel.
