高质量职业技术大学评价指标对于促进职业教育高质量发展、支撑教育强国建设具有重要作用,在推动教育现代化建设和赋能新质生产力发展过程中承担着重要职责。基于扎根理论对32所职业技术大学的质量报告进行内容分析,结合开放式编码、主轴编码和选择性编码,构建出包含5个一级指标、18个二级指标、56个三级指标的高质量职业技术大学评价指标体系,并采用层次分析法进行了权重分配。基于评价指标体系,提出职业技术大学高质量发展需创建设施资源硬条件,培育校园文化软实力;深化职业本科育人体系建设,差异化推进育人生态模式改革;以标准化建设为突破口,引导高层次专业群体转型突破;建立数智化培养机制,形成师生双向互动的科研架构体系。
Abstract:A scientific and well-structured evaluation index system for high-quality vocational and technical universities plays a crucial role in promoting the high-quality development of vocational education and supporting the construction of a strong educational nation.It assumes significant responsibilities in advancing educational modernization and empowering the development of new quality productive forces.Based on the Grounded Theory,this study conducts content analysis of quality reports from 32 vocational and technical universities.Through open coding,axial coding,and selective coding,an evaluation index system consisting of 5 primary indicators,18 secondary indicators,and 56 tertiary indicators is constructed.The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is employed to assign weights to the indicators.Based on the established system,the study proposes that high-quality development of vocational and technical universities should focus on building robust physical infrastructure and nurturing soft power through campus culture,deepen the construction of vocational undergraduate talent cultivation systems and promote differentiated reform of educational ecosystems,use standardization as a breakthrough point to guide the transformation and upgrading of advanced professional clusters,and establish intelligent cultivation mechanisms to form a bidirectional interactive research architecture between teachers and students.
