工业技术与职业教育

对唐山工业职业技术学院学前教育高职生的见习状况进行了调查研究,通过问卷收集了与见习相关的重要性、收获程度、课程实用性、学习积极性、本人所持态度、指导教师所持态度、指导教师工作热情以及就业倾向性8个变量的相关数据,借助IBMSPSSStatistics2.0软件对相关数据进行了描述性统计和相关分析。研究结果发现,幼儿园指导教师的工作热情程度会对参加见习活动的学生产生很大影响。

In the study, we carried on investigation and study on short-term internship of preschool education students in vocational colleges. We collect data of eight variables by questionnaires, including importance of internship, acquisition from internship, practicability of curriculum, learning initiative, personal attitude, teacher's attitude, teacher's enthusiasm for work and occupation tendency. With the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 2.0, we conducted descriptive statistics and correlation analysis. The result of study shows that teacher's enthusiasm for work had a great influence on the students of short-term internship.
