从高职学生就业面临的法律风险角度,分析了大学生就业法律风险的成因,并对当前就业中存在的法律风险类型进行了剖析,进而提出了应对就业法律风险的防范措施,以期为高职毕业生和高校教育工作提供有价值的参考。

This paper analyzes the causes of the legal risks of college students employment, the types of legal risks in the current employment, and puts forward corresponding preventive measures to deal with the legal risks of employment.
