随着我国老龄化进程的加快,我国对养老产业人才的需求逐渐提升,要求也越来越高。但目前我国养老产业人才无论在培养数量上,还是在规格上都不能满足养老产业发展的需求,人才培养上缺乏高水平的教师队伍,支持养老产业人才培养的政策亦不尽完善,无法满足养老产业的人才需求。加强对养老产业发展的正确认识,建立养老产业人才培养标准,完善相关政策,建立科学系统的人才培养模式,加强养老产业师资队伍建设,才能使养老产业人才培养不断同养老产业发展相适应。
Abstract:With the speeding up of aging in our country, there is a rising demand for pension industry talents. But at present, neither the the training number, nor the specification can meet the needs of pension industry development in our country. There is a lack of high level teachers,and the policy involving the pension industry talents training is not perfect, which can't satisfy the demand of pension industry. Strengthening the correct understanding of the pension industry development, establishing pension industry talents training standards, improving the relevant policies, establishing a scientific system of talents training mode, strengthening the construction of pension industry teaching staff, only in this way, can make the pension industry talents training continually adapt to pension industry development.
