在中特高背景下,组建高水平职业教育教师教学创新团队是提高学生培养质量,改革引领职业教育教学模式创新的重要举措。特别是中国特色高水平高职学校建设过程中,满足高职院校复合型人才培养的社会需求,以专业改革创新为主线,紧紧围绕校企合作、课程改革与建设、师资队伍建设、教科研能力提升与服务等方面进行教师团队的改革与建设,整合社会资源组建"三体"型教师团队,提升教师教育教学的整体水平,打造教学创新、科研和教育教学成果,实现"三体"型教师团队在基本教学能力、自主科研能力、综合实践能力等方面的跨越式提升。
Abstract:Under the background of medium and ultra-high level,it is an important measure to set up the teaching innovation team of high-level vocational education teachers to improve the quality of student training and reform and lead the innovation of vocational education teaching mode.In particular,in the process of building high-level vocational schools with Chinese characteristics,to meet the social needs of the cultivation of multi-disciplinary talents in higher vocational schools,the main line is professional reform and innovation,focusing on school-enterprise cooperation,curriculum reform and construction,construction of teaching staff,improvement of teaching and scientific research ability and service,and integrating social resources to form the "three-body" type of teaching team,to raise the overall level of teacher education and teaching,and to create teaching innovations,scientific research and educational and teaching achievements,to achieve the "three-body" type of teachers in the basic teaching capacity,independent research capacity,comprehensive practical capacity and other aspects of the leap-forward promotion.
