辅导员是新时期高校思想政治工作的重要群体，肩负着宣传党的理论、开展思想政治教育、做学生成长指导者与引路人的重要使命。通过剖析辅导员胜任力需求，重构辅导员胜任力模型，绘制辅导员工作职责与胜任力需求对照图谱，深入分析辅导员工作职责，从专业化发展、评价改革、提升胜任力、激活内驱力、发挥纽带作用角度提出高职辅导员队伍建设策略。

Counselors are an important group of ideological and political work in colleges and universities in the new period，It shoulders the important mission of propagating the party's theory,carrying out ideological and political education,and being a guide for students' growth.This paper is based on the perspective of competency needs，reconstruction of the model of counselor competency to draw a map of counselors' job responsibilities and competency requirements and analyze the responsibilities of Counselors.We put forward the construction strategy of higher vocational counselors from the perspective of professional development,evaluation reform,improving competence,activating internal drive and playing a link role.
