新发展理念贯穿于经济、社会、文化、教育等各个领域，是引领高校毕业生就业创业服务体系高质量发展的根本遵循。然而，学生就业创业目标模糊、就业创业能力不足，学校就业创业教育与就业岗位要求的能力素质脱节等问题仍然存在。高校需要科学运用新发展理念，以创新发展为引领，以协调发展为基础，以绿色发展为导向，以开放发展为引擎，以共享发展为目标，构建高校毕业生就业创业服务体系，为稳就业、促创业提供有力支撑。

The new development concept runs through various fields such as economy, society, culture, and education, and is the fundamental principle that leads the high-quality development of the employment and entrepreneurship service system for college graduates. However, there are still problems such as vague employment and entrepreneurship goals for students, insufficient employment and entrepreneurship abilities, and a disconnect between school employment and entrepreneurship education and the required skills and qualities for job positions. Universities need to scientifically apply new development concepts, take innovative development as the guide, coordinated development as the foundation, green development as the guide, open development as the engine, and shared development as the goal, to build a service system for employment and entrepreneurship of university graduates, providing strong support for stable employment and promoting entrepreneurship.
