在智能制造背景下,制造业人才呈现了一定时代性要求,而职业院校在面对智能制造人才培养要求上还存在一定差距,体现在人才培养体系、课程体系和课程资源建设等方面,因此职业院校要积极改革,实施应对措施,建立基于职业能力的人才培养和课程建设方案,以提高智能制造人才的培养质量,解决智能制造人才紧缺问题。
