基于MES管理系统和RFID技术,通过PLC编程控制构建立体料仓智能取料系统,并基于机器人编程语言实现料仓自动盘点和智能取料。搭建完成的智能取料系统由MES平台总调度管理,将机器人、立体料仓及PLC平台有机组合到一起,实现了机器人对料仓的自动盘点和指定仓位自动取料功能。搭建的系统可作为智能制造系统的重要单元,对于智能制造系统的应用研究起到一定的理论推进作用。
Abstract:Based on the MES management system and RFID technology, this paper constructs the stereo warehouse intelligent feeding system through PLC programming control, and realizes the warehouse automatic checking and intelligent feeding based on robot programming language. The completed intelligent feeding system is managed by the total scheduling of the MES platform, and the robot, stereo storage and PLC platform are combined together to realize the automatic inventory of the warehouse and the automatic feeding function of the designated position. The system built in this paper can be used as an important unit of intelligent manufacturing system and play a theoretical role in the application of the intelligent manufacturing system.
