“新工科”背景下土木工程专业人才核心素养研究综述

摘要:

核心素养结构是构建工程教育“中国标准”和提升“新工科”人才培养质量的关键。着重探究“新工科”背景下土木工程专业人才核心素养相关研究成果,搜集高度相关的文献并进行核心素养指标提取。根据出现的频次制作成词云图,提炼出10个“新工科”背景下土木工程专业人才核心素养指标。遵循“追求质量卓越”“面向未来发展”和“满足国际要求”的制定原则,“新工科”背景下土木工程专业人才培养标准,应在所提倡的10项核心素养的基础上,不断与时俱进,推进“新工科”人才培养模式不断完善,为我国工程教育领跑世界贡献力量。

Abstract:

The core competency structure is the key to building the "Chinese standard" for engineering education and improving the quality of talent cultivation in the "new engineering" field. The study focuses on exploring the research results related to the core competencies of civil engineering majors under the background of "new engineering" and collecting highly relevant literature and extracting core competency indicators. Based on the frequency of occurrence, we have created a word cloud map and extracted 10 core competency indicators for civil engineering under the background of "new engineering". Following the principles of "pursuing excellence in quality", "developing towards the future", and "meeting international requirements", the standards for talent cultivation in civil engineering under the background of "New Engineering" should be based on the 10 core competencies advocated, continuously keep up with the times, promote the continuous improvement of the "New Engineering" talent cultivation model, and contribute to China's engineering education leading the world.
