在英语听、说、读、写、译五种语言技能中,听力是最重要的,同时又是当代大学生,特别是高职院校学生的薄弱环节。针对如何提高学生的英语听力水平,提出要多听、多说、多读、多背四多方法;同时坚定信心,持之以恒,这样便会收到理想效果。

There are five skills in English leaming——listening, speaking , reading, writing and translating. Listening is the most important one while it is the weak link for college students, specially for vocational college students. In view of this situation, the author put forward the methods-listening more, reading more, speaking more and reciting more to improve the vocational college students'listening level. At the same time students should be confident in themselves and need to persevere in their efforts.
