高职院校图书馆数字资产价值评估的理论困境与突破路径

摘要:

高职院校图书馆数字资产价值评估面临多重现实困境。评估体系存在从“资产整合”到“指标离散”的碎片化问题,价值认知呈现从“资源拥有”到“价值虚化”的浅表化现象,技术赋能陷入从“系统应用”到“工具闲置”的浅层化局面,管理机制存在从“粗放管理”到“效能衰减”的滞后性问题。这些困境源于理论框架缺失、类型教育属性认知偏差、数字技术与评估理论融合不足等。突破路径需构建类型化评估理论体系,创新智能评估技术理论,完善协同评估制度体系,培育数字资产价值认知生态,以实现资源配置效率与人才培养质量协同提升,为职业教育数字化转型提供支撑。

Abstract:

The value assessment of digital assets in higher vocational college libraries faces multiple practical challenges.The evaluation system is fragmented,transitioning from “asset integration” to “discrete indicators”.Value recognition has become superficial,shifting from “resource ownership” to “value abstraction”.Technological empowerment has become superficial,moving from “system application” to “idle tools”.Management mechanisms have lagged behind,transitioning from “coarse management” to “declining efficiency”.These issues stem from a lack of theoretical frameworks,cognitive biases regarding the educational attributes of different types of institutions,and insufficient integration of digital technology with evaluation theories.To overcome these challenges,it is necessary to develop a categorized evaluation theory system,innovate intelligent evaluation technology,improve collaborative evaluation systems,and foster an ecosystem for recognizing the value of digital assets.This will enhance both resource allocation efficiency and the quality of talent cultivation,supporting the digital transformation of vocational education.
