"双高计划"背景下,高水平校企合作是高职院校高质量发展的重要途径之一,也是职业教育作为类型教育的重要体现。针对我国职业院校在校企合作方面存在的企业参与高职办学的动力不足、现代学徒制的人才培养模式尚未不完善、校企合作项目质量不高等问题,依据现代治理理论、多元智力理论、项目管理理论分析了高水平校企合作的主要特征,以唐山工业职业技术学院为例,进行了实践探索,旨在为高水校企合作构建实施路径。

Under the background of "double high plan",high-level school-enterprise cooperation is one of the important ways for the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges,and also an important embodiment of vocational education as a type of education.In view of the problems existing in the school enterprise cooperation of Vocational Colleges in our country,such as the lack of motivation for enterprises to participate in the running of higher vocational colleges,the lack of modern apprenticeship mode of personnel training,and the low quality of school enterprise cooperation,this paper analyzes the characteristics of high-level school enterprise-cooperation based on modern governance theory,multiple intelligence theory and project management theory with the case study of Tangshan Polytechnic College.The purpose of practice exploration is to build the implementation path for the cooperation between high water schools and enterprises.
