“岗课赛证”融通是一种以课程为核心，深度融合工作岗位、职业技能大赛和职业技能等级证书的教学改革新模式，旨在增强职业教育适应性，推动现代职业教育提档升级和高质量发展。该模式以“课”为聚焦点，整合岗位能力要求、竞赛技能标准和职业技能等级证书评价体系等多元要素资源，优化课程内容，推进“岗课赛证”融通在职业教育课程建设和综合育人的统领作用。通过构建“岗课”融通，理实并重育人机制、“课赛”融通，“创践”并进育人机制、“课证”融通，育训并举育人机制，促进“岗课赛证”四位一体全方位、全过程融合，建立起培养复合型高素质技术技能人才的制度保障体系。
