大学生职业生涯规划教育对提高大学生素质,促进高校教育教学的改革,加强和谐社会的构建有着重要的意义。实施大学生职业生涯规划教育应遵循共性与个性相结合、阶段性与持续性相结合和以学生为主体的原则。努力从强化学生职业生涯意识,注重学生专项素质与综合素质的培养;明确大学生成长各阶段的规划任务及目标,引导学生合理规划大学生活;加强职业生涯指导教师队伍建设;构建平台,建立机制,充分发挥家庭、社会、学校、个人合力作用四个方面开展工作。

The education on the college student’s career planning has a significant meaning on the quality improvement of college students as well as the undertaking of higher educational reform,meanwhile enhances the construction of harmonious society. This planning should be subject to the student-centered principles which combine the general characters with specific ones,periodical with sustainable ones. Strengthening the students’ awareness of career planning,cultivating their comprehensive qualities; defining the planning target and college life; enhancing the training team; making families,society,universities and individuals play essential roles respectively.
