学前教育专业学生职业倾向调查——以唐山工业职业技术学院为例

摘要:

对唐山工业职业技术学院学前教育高职生的职业倾向进行了调查研究,通过问卷收集了与职业倾向相关的最初报考原因、专业适合度、就业关注度、专业满意度以及学习状态5个变量的相关数据,借助IBM SPSS Statistics 20.0软件对相关数据进行了描述性统计和相关性分析。研究结果发现,大部分学前教育高职生有比较明确的职业倾向,并且认为自己适合于从事学前教育工作。不过,学前教育高职生的学习状态总体上比较低落。

Abstract:

In this paper,we have carried on the investigation and study on the career orientation of the preschool education students in vocational college.We collect data of five variables by the questionnaire,including motivation of registration,professional fitness,professional satisfaction,concern of future employment,and learning state.With the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 20.0,we conduct descriptive statistics and correlation analysis for the data.The result of study shows that most of the students have a relatively clear tendency in profession,and they also feel that they are suitable for the future work of preschool education.However,the learning state is relatively low among most of the students.
