学生党支部是高校党组织的重要组成部分，具有党建引领、思想教育、人才培养等多重功能，是引领青年学生党员发挥先锋模范作用的战斗堡垒。进入新时代，学生党支部建设面临党建工作标准化规范化与全面从严治党要求存在差距，党建活动与学生党员成长需求脱节，党建阵地载体的发展相较于信息化进程略显滞后等问题。对标党建标准和要求，聚焦学生成长发展需求，高校学生党支部要强化历史自觉，积极作为，坚持以制度建设引导支部建设规范化标准化，以特色创新引导学生党员成长，以高效载体激发基层组织凝聚力向心力，引导支持学生党员在思想上政治上行动上同党中央保持高度一致，团结带领广大青年紧跟党的步伐，勇担时代重任。

Student Party branches are an important part of Party organizations in colleges and universities,possessing multiple functions such as party building leadership,ideological education,and talent cultivation.They serve as combat fortresses guiding young student Party members.Entering the new era,the construction of student Party branches faces issues such as gaps between the standardization and normalization of Party building work and the requirements of comprehensive and strict governance of the Party,disconnection between Party building activities and the growth needs of student Party members,and the relatively lagging development of Party building platforms and carriers compared to the information technology advancement process.By aligning with Party building standards and requirements and focusing on the growth and development needs of students,student Party branches in colleges and universities should strengthen historical consciousness,take proactive actions,adhere to guiding the standardization and normalization of branch construction through institutional development,guide the growth of student Party members through characteristic innovations,and stimulate the cohesion and centripetal force of grassroots organizations through efficient carriers.They should guide and support student Party members to maintain alignment with the Central Committee of the Party in terms of ideology,politics,and action,unite and lead the broad masses of young people to closely follow the Party's pace,and courageously shoulder the responsibilities of the times.
