本文总结分析了实践教学质量评价研究现状,认为企业顶岗实习满意度评价和实习生综合素质评价能够反映校企合作机制下的实践教学过程质量和实践教学效果质量。构建相应的评价指标体系,以新疆高职院校旅游管理专业为例,进行实证研究,对在校企合作机制下实践教学工作的改革和优化有重要价值。

In this paper, the author summarizes and analyzes the research status of evaluating the quality of practice teaching, and points out that enterprises trainee internship satisfaction evaluation and the quality of trainee evaluation, to reflect the process of practice teaching quality and the effect of practical teaching quality in the cooperation mechanism of school and enterprise, build corresponding evaluation index system. Taking students from Tourism Management of the higher vocational college of Xinjiang as an example, the empirical research will promote the practice teaching reform and optimization in the cooperation mechanism of school and enterprise.
