新时代高职公共英语课程思政教学是全面推进课程思政建设的重要一环，但其在供给内容、供给形式和供给主体等方面无法满足国家发展、职业教育发展、学生发展等需求，需要进行供给侧结构性改革。紧密结合课程思政教学共性以及高职公共英语课程思政教学个性，深入剖析高职公共英语课程思政教学供需失衡的成因，为实现高职公共英语课程思政教学的“精准供给”提出切实可行的建议，旨在不断提升立德树人的实效性。

The ideological and political education of the public English curriculum for higher vocational education in the new era is an important part of comprehensively promoting the ideological construction of the curriculum,but the supply cannot meet the requirements of national development,vocational education development and students' development.It is necessary to carry out supply-side structural reform.This paper closely combines the commonality of ideological and political teaching in the curriculum and the personality of the ideological and political teaching of the higher vocational public English course,deeply analyzes the causes of the imbalance between the supply and demand of the ideological and political teaching of higher vocational public English courses,and puts forward practical suggestions so as to carry out the precise supply of the ideological and political teaching of the higher vocational public English courses,aiming at continuously improving the effectiveness of moral education.
