新文科背景下，AI与高校课程思政的有效融合可以助力高校立德树人根本任务的有效实施。从“大变革”的时代要求、“大学科”的融合需要、“大思政”的现实需要等方面阐述了新文科背景下AI与高校课程思政融合的发展动因。同时，深刻剖析了“新文科”“AI”和“课程思政”三者之间的内在关系。在此基础上，提出了新文科背景下AI赋能课程思政的“1111”(1核1导1基1规)实施框架，以及“强核、深导、重基、严规”的具体实现路径。以期为数字时代，高校新文科建设和课程思政建设提供参考。

Under the background of the new liberal arts,the integration of AI and curriculum-based ideological and political education can facilitate the effective implementation of the fundamental task of moral education in colleges and universities.This article elaborates the development impetus of the integration of AI and curriculum-based ideological and political education under the background of the new liberal arts from the requirements of the era of "Great Change",the integration needs of "Great Disciplines",and the practical needs of "Great Ideological and Political Education".At the same time,it deeply analyzes the intrinsic relationship among "New Liberal Arts","AI",and "Curriculum-Based Ideological and Political Education".On this basis,it proposes the overall implementation framework of "1111" (one core,one guidance,one foundation,and one regulation) for AI-empowered curriculum-based ideological and political education under the background of the new liberal arts,as well as the specific realization path of " consolidating core,deepen guidance,emphasize function,and strict regulation".It is expected to provide references for the construction of New Liberal Arts and Curriculum-Based Ideological and Political Education in colleges and universities in the digital age.
