全球经济危机的影响促使国内企业的加大内部整合力度,员工素质被视为企业应对经济危机的重要力量之一。而目前的中职素质教育更多的是从国家政策角度和社会评价角度等宏观层面去审视,往往忽视了从微观层面——企业发展角度去看待,这使得中职素质教育的内容和方式与企业需求的员工素质存在了一定的偏差。中职素质教育在强调技术过硬的中职教育体系中并未得到足够的重视。本文在中职素质教育的重要性方面做了一点有意义的探索。

Global economic crisis spurred domestic enterprises to increase the power of integration.The employees of enterprises were deemed to an important force against economic crisis.Traditional secondary vocational quality education was more from the angle of social policy and evaluation on the macroscopic level.It usually neglected the enterprise development on the microeconomic level.There were gap between the secondary vocational quality education and ability enterprises required.This article explored the importance of secondary vocational quality education.
