摘要：
教学方法是教师为完成某项教学任务所采用的手段,高职院校教师应在工学结合理念下首先调整自身的教育思想,之后对教学方法不断进行改革和创新,培养学生的创造性思维,使学生学会如何分析问题和解决问题,真正培养出现代企业所需的人才。
Abstract：The teaching method is the instrument that teachers use to finish some teaching tasks.Firstly the teachers in higher vocational college should change their ideas about education,then they should inform and innovate the teaching method constantly to develop the students' creativity thoughts.The students can learn how to analyse the problem and solve the problem,and then they will be the real talents that the enterprises need.
